Highlight and updated shared task

Hi,

An office shares a task folder. When someone in the office makes a change to one of the tasks, i want everyone else to see that task as updated by changing colour. I dont know what fields to use. Unread doesnt seem to work for tasks although it is a field (unless the task is new and has been assigned over email).
