Shared folders with wireless network question

I have Windows XP on both my primary and satellite computers. I have a
wireless router on the primary and downloaded the program on both computers
as directed. I can get on the internet with the satellite, no problem using
the wireless connection. But, I can't figure out how to share folders
between the two computers. I check the share box on the folder I want to
share on the primary computer and nothing happens. What makes this shared
folder appear on the satellite computer? Same with a shared printer. Do I
still have to down load the Windows XP wireless wizard? Is that the
problem?

i have my computers on a network, maybe i can help
please answer the following
1- are all computers running XP HOME, not professiona
2-are all computers running wireles
, that is does your cable/dsl connect directly to your wireless router and your computers, you want on your network, connect via a wireless network connection in your computer
3- OR, does the cable/dsl connect directly to the wireless router and one computer is connected via cable to router and other computer runs via a wireless network connection
when i hear from you i can give you more info
