You will have to decide which one is more important to you, to rename
files you need delete permissions.

Both, As the user creates a new file/folder in a shared folder by default the
name is "new file" and then another one "new file 2" whereas he is able to
work on them but not able to rename or delete. Rename is important as the
same way as not to delete, Need your help in this.

I'm sorry but I can't be of any help. Instead of manually creating
files have your applications create and save them in the shared folder
and give them the wanted names when you create them with the
applications. To rename files you need delete permissions, there is
nothing that I can do to change that.

Create the folder on a users local drive, name as desired, MOVE it to
the restricted shared drive.
