In order to do this, the file system on the C: drive has to be NTFS.
If the D: drive does not exist yet, you can choose to "Mount this volume at
an Empty Folder that supports drive paths" when you create the partition.
If it already exists, then you can create an empty folder on the C: drive,
go into Logical Disk Administrator, select the D: drive, right click, and
choose "Change Drive Letter and path....". Click Add, and browse to or type
in the path to the empty folder.
