Shared eMail Account

How can I setup Outlook Express in Windows XP Pro so that
2 or more users (but not necessarily all) share the same
eMail account and can both see which eMails have been
downloaded/read/responded to. It seems like the account
setup always places it in the users private area under
Documents & Settings.

All users must have access to the folders that the mail files and address
