Shared Documents folder LOCKED

I am just cleaning up a new Dell freshly shipped. Has WinXP Home. I just "unshared" the shared documents folder, and in doing so, it has become called only "documents". Furthermore, I can no longer open it...I get a "Cannot be Accessed " warning window
ANybody know what is happening?
Note that in C:\Documents and Setting\All Users, the folder is also named "Documents" instead of the regular "Shared Documents". Obviously I cannot rename it anywhere. WHat happened!!!???
 
Actually, is there way to delete and have XP regenerate a fresh copy of the "All Users" folder, or Shared Documents.
