Shared Calendars

Hi hope you can help.

In our previous system we used Microsoft 2000 and were
able to have a shared calendar. As I would post a new
appointment it would automatically update on my calendar
and vise versa.

Now we have windows XP and I am at a loss as to how to set
this up.

I was not the original person who set up the original
calendars.

Hope you can help me. Sandra
