Shared calendars not updating

We are using Outlook 2000 - sharing a calendar between 4
computers. The share is working perfectly between 2 of
the machines. The other two do not seem to be working
consistently.

Some appointments input on these other machines will
transfer but not all. I've checked the ones that didn't
transfer and cannot find any difference between those and
ones that did transfer.
When I right click on the calendar on one of the machines
that isn't working and go to Properties there is no share
tab so I can't force it to send updates. It is definitely
on the share list though and she does get sent a
synchronization email at the same time as everyone else.
I tried 'unsharing' her from my machine but since I
couldn't stop the share from her end as well (no share
tab) that just created a bunch of error messages when I
tried to re-invite her to share - her machine thought she
still was sharing. Finally got that sorted out but still
having the problem with appointments input on her machine
not sending. She has 'Editor' rights.
Thanks for the help.

Do they have NET FOLDERS installed?

Look for the following files on their computers:
fldpub.dll (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\1033)
fldpub.ecf (C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Addins)

If not you may need to add them to the installation.

Sue Mosher's Slipstick site offers up a few possible
solutions also:
