Shared Calendar won't open

I have created a calendar and shared it with other users. One user gets an
error message when attempting to open the shard folder "The connection to the
MS Exchange Server is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to
complete this action". The user is receiving and sending emails. Anyone
have any idea why?

Version of Outlook?
Configured mail accounts?
Is everybod on the same Exchange server?
Method how the sharing was set up?
Method the other user is using to connect to the calendar?
Is the user to open other Calendars or is this the only one with an issue?
Etc...
