shared calendar issues

Exchange server 2000, outlook 2003, I have my calendar shared for everyone in
the office to use as a group calendarand it works fine. problem is my boss
wants to be able to combine the shared calendar into her own calendar to sync
with her palm. any easy way to do this? would it be better to create a
calendar for everyone to use a different way?

It would be better if everyone used their own calendar folders and send
appointments to each other as needed.

We need a group one for classes, meetings etc. that happen at the office, and
each person keeps their own calendar, but a few have the need to combine the
two so they can sync one calendar to their palms.....

Hmmm, you can't combine the two but there may be a Palm sync program that
allows for syncing of public folders. I think Chapura has something like
that (PocketMirror Professional):
