Shared borders disappeared.

Recently the ISP moved my website to a new server. I was using shared
borders and now they are all missing! What can I do?

I stated the problem incorrectly, the shared borders are there but the
navigation hyperlinks in the shared borders (left and Bottom) are missing.
How do I fix this?

You will either has to re-build the navigation structure or you will have to publish the complete
copy that you have on your local machine. You do have a local copy, correct?
