FrontPage Shared Borders Help Needed

I have created a website using Frontpage and I have a shared border. My problem is that when I go to view my site on the Internet, my shared border is missing, but when I go to edit my page with Frontpage, the shared border is there. Any suggestions of what I can do to fix this?
