Shared border duplicated each time page opens

My shared border is repeatedly duplicating inside the pages each time I open
my currently established website pages. So I have 2, 3 or 4 borders within
one page. Help! I don't know what I've done to create this issue.

There are some bugs in the FP2002 SE related to shared borders & include pages
so make sure you (and your host) see & apply all appropriate patches from:

The original website was created using FP2000. I've imported it into my
FP2003 to make the changes. Does 2003 have the same bugs as 2002?

The original website is up and running fine at:

It was originally created in FP2000. I have FP2003 and imported the website
to make changes. I've tried starting over again several times and keep
running into the same issue. I'm discouraged!

In the case of FP2003, it is the FP extensions that need to be updated.

There are no FP2003 extensions, FP2003 uses the same FP2002 extensions

Try publishing down from the live site instead of importing, then make your
changes.
