Shared Boarder Background Color disappears

Hi

When creating a shared boarder I can set the background
colour, however when published the background colour does
not show when viewing the uploaded site in the browser-
although the border displays correctly in Frontpage 2003
and in the browser when viewing the local site.

You must be publishing to a server that has the FP2002 extensions for this
feature to work.
