Share Outlook Data

Hi,

Your help would be greatly appreciate to resolve the following problem: I
use Windows XP Home Edition and Office XP. There are two users on the same
PC. How can I allow both users to have access to the same Outlook data, i.e.
Inbox, Sent, Calendar, etc?

It must be something simple, but I can't figure it out.

The simple way would be to eliminate the one user. In my opinion the
multiple users just causes a lot of problems. If you have children that you
don't want access to absolutely everything then you probably want an
additional user profile for them but otherwise why not share? Having said
that, with multiple users by setting up the same account in Outlook on both
profiles should solve your problem. Look at the settings in the account
that works and set the other user account up with the same settings. Go to
Tools | Email Accounts | Existing on the first account and New Account on
the one you want to set up.
