"Share my Calendar"

On of the presidents for our company does not have the "Share My Calendar"
Link in the Calendar navigation pane. Can you help me locate it so that we
can share calendars?

what tabs do you see when you right click on your calendar folder and choose
Properties?
Is Delegates tab listed in Tools, Options?
