Good Afternoon,

One of my team members is unable to share her calendar because the "share my
calendar" option does not appear in her navigation pane. She should be on the
exchange server as she is receiving company email and can view other people's
calendars. Are there any reasons why this might be happening and how we might
trouble shoot it?

Ensure you have delivery set to the Exchange mailbox and not a .pst. If it is already set that way, then you may want to run Office Diagnostics. Lastly, you may want to create a new mail profile to see if that fixes the problem.
