Have Exchange but no sharing link is showing (Outlook 2003)

I can share other people's calendars on our network, but I can't share mine
with them. There isn't any "share my calendar" link in the navigation pane.
I've checked that the navigation pane is showing (not partially covered
either) and everything SHOULD be hunky-dory. any suggestions?

Are you using your exchange mailbox or a pst as the default delivery
location? It needs to be exchange for sharing to work.

Go to tools, accounts, data files tab. Set the mailbox as default. I think
you'll need to restart outlook. If outlook doesn't move the items from the
pst to the mailbox, you'll need to drag them to the mailbox.

Thank you so much! My boss will be very impressed. I work in a different city
so it's really important that we can share calendars to co-ordinate our team.

It's great to get real help when you really need it.

Are you using an Exchange mailbox? Is your delivery location configured to
be the mailbox or a PST?
