Hi All,

My company is using Windows 2000 server and all clients' PCs are Windows XP Pro.
And they use Domain account to logon Windows XP Pro. The locally Windows XP Pro have not any local account.

The problem is users could not share locally folder on Windows XP Pro.
I do not want to add local user account on each PC and set the user profile as Poweruser. Would you please advise any method to do this?
Add file permission for domain user on Windows 2000 server?
Set group policy on Windows 2000 server or Windows XP Pro?
Or others?

Thank you for your help.

They'd need local admin rights to do this, by default.

I'd seriously re-think your wish to do this anyway. If you have a domain,
everyone should store *all* data on the server. That's one of the advantages
to running a domain model - centralized admin/security. Redirect My
Documents to the users' home directories, use roaming profiles, and treat
workstations as interchangable objects.
