I have a small LAN and I have set up a PC running XP Pro called DM with a
shared folder called DC. Four remote users, all within the LAN, are able to
read/execute DC folder and child folders and files which is good. But, I also
need them to have write privileges with no delete rights. Right now the 4
users cannot create new files or folders and all files accessed are
Read-Only, I need to enable them to read, create, and write new and existing
files and folders, but not delete within DC folder. How do I do this? Can
anyone point me to the right direction? Thanks.

You need to address this to a newsgroup concerned with Windows and/or
networking. This group is targeted at end-users of Word; the chances of finding
help here for this problem are slim.
