Share a Mailbox Folder

System: Outlook 2003 with Exchange 2003.

Scenario: User A creates a folder in his MBX called 'Sfolder', in the same
level as Inbox, Contacts. User A wants this folder to be 'shared' by UserB.

Question: How can User B see that folder using 'open Other User's folder (in
this case UserA) and just see 'SFolder'.

User A does not want to use Public Folder as an alternative.

You cannot use "Open other user's folder" for this but user B had to add
that mailbox to his/her account configuration. See;
