SFU on Windows 2003

We are preparing to upgrade our 2000 domain to 2003. We are currently
running SFU 2.0 on Windows 2000 and I know of complication with SFU 2.0 and
Windows 2003 so I will install 3.5 on the Windows 2003 domain controllers.
Here is my question - were not going to be upgrading in place but instead
installing new 2003 domain controllers and phasing out the 2000 domain
controllers. Can I run SFU 2.0 on the 2000 domain controllers while I have
SFU 3.5 running on the 2003 domain controllers? Once the 2000 domain
controllers are phased out, SFU 2.0 will also be phased out.

The following articles are unclear if I can run both versions:

Thanks for the help everyone.

Hello,
i suppose they can work together, how ever SFU3.x extends the Active
Directory schema.
