several problems

I cant get the hp instant support to work. I can type in the question but
when I click send nothing happens. Also, need to know what the right
settings are for when you type in services.msc in the run box. I just
installed norton systemworks 2005 and when I added the norton goback my
computer hangs up when either restarting or shutting down on the screen
saying windows is shutting down and computer does not turn off like it did
before.

for Norton I personally would consider changing it to another Anti Virus
program either the free AVG or Panda www.grisoft.com (AVG).
www.pandasoftware.com (Panda).

Also recommend Adaware personal www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/ and
Spybot S & D security.kolla.de/ , once you have these installed, check for
updates and then run a scan and clean up anything they find, then run a
virus scan and do the same. once completed try to access your HP support
again, if still having a problem try to do these scans in safe mode.
