I have several email accounts in my Outlook, I try to receive emails to the
different ones by using rules on each account. It goes fine for one account,
but when I put rules for each account, the messages duplicate themselves into
the different accounts. How can I receive the mails directly into the
correct account without duplicating them?

Try adding "stop processing more rules" to your rules to make sure the
messages aren't being duplicated due to more than one rule acting on a
particular message.

Thanks for your answer. I am pretty new to 'Outlook', so where do I find
"stop ...", and do I do this for each account?

Thanks
Knut

The "stop processing" instruction is one of the available criteria for the
rule. Go into Edit mode for each rule and look under "conditions" -- the
stop processing box can be checked there.

Thanks, I getting closer. I found it and have tried different variations of
using it, but I do not get it to wrok correctly. I have like to accounts,
say (e-mail address removed) and (e-mail address removed), and I want the msg that comes in to go to
their respective accounts. I have my own domain name so it will be a
different domain name, but if I put in the rules and your suggestion, I get
the mails ending up in one account. But at least deg do not duplicate.

Any suggestion on this matter. I am trying out different ways here to, I get
one and one step closer. Thank you very much

Knut

How are the rules for these messages worded? (You may want to use fake
e-mail addresses instead of real ones in your examples...)
