Why does windows freezes, during a clean installation
just after it load all the drivers into the temporary log
file with the message "Setup-up is now starting Windows"?

Then you have the blue screen staring at you forever.

Probably because something on your system is not compatible. If you had a
different version of Windows installed on this computer previously,
reinstall it. Then, place the XP CD in the drive, when the setup screen
appears, select "Check System Compatibility." If you had the problem you've
described, this will probably point some problem area on your system that
might be the cause of the issue.
