setup user profile

My current user profile is the administrator type. I'm trying to set up a
new, or second, profile. I go to 'user accounts' in control panel and follow
the prompts to set up a new standard profile but then what? How do I access
this file? I don't see any icon either on the start menu or on the desktop
to click to access it? What am I missing?

You have click Start > click the arrow at the bottom of the start menu and
click Switch Users. Everytime you start Windows Vista, the additional
account will appear on the log on screen. Click it and log in.
