Setup restarting

i recently replaced my hard drive with a new one, same model. as im
installing windows and it gets to the "setup is starting windows" part, the
computer just restarts and continues in this loop untill i turn it off.
suggestions?

If it's an SATA disk this is because you need to:

1. Get the floppy-based driver for the mobo's IDE chipset.

2. Press F6 immediately after the first reboot in setup.

3. Install the driver.
