But as soon as i long on and hit the start button it says
windows nt is shotting down in 45 seconds. but before that
a screen pops up that says LSA SHELL(export version)has
causd a problem.Wentinto the knowledge base and it says
something about isass worm.Did everything it told me to do
and still keeps happening also searched my comp but could
not find an isass exe.Downloaded the patch and and ran it
said I had no isass worm. Please Help

Visit the following website and use the procedure to
remove the "Sasser Worm" from your computer:

If your computer is constantly attempting to shutdown
or reboot, quickly go to:

Start > Run and type: CMD , and hit enter.
This opens the Command Prompt window.

Then type: shutdown -a , and hit enter.

This should halt the rebooting problem.
