setup outlook to retrieve e-mail upon opening the program?

How do I setup Outlook to retrieve my e-mail messages without having to hit
the Send/Receive button?
 
Well if you have Outlook 2003, then you click on Tools > Options, Mail Setup
tab, and click on the Send/Receive button. On the bottom half of that window,
you can schedule and automatic send/receive every x minutes...where you set
the "x".
