SETUP HOTMAIL ACCOUNT ON OFFICE OUTLOOK

am trying to set up a hotmail account on microsoft outlook 2003 /the
account is set up but when i make send receive i get an error message saying
that connection on server can not be established please visit the hotmail
account
set up page and make a subscription/but i do have a hotmail account already/

But you have to PAY for your hotmail to be able to use it in Outlook.

Unless you have a legacy Hotmail account, you now have to pay to get
access to new Hotmail accounts, or get stuck with using their
webmail-for-dummies interface where you manage your mailbox up on the
server instead of locally using an e-mail program.

You already have a Hotmail account. You do NOT have a *paid* Hotmail
account. Decide if you want to pay for client-side access.
 
I have paid for the hotmail plus a week ago and it still wont let me acess
the account through outlook!!
Any help???
