setup.exe error

Setup has experienced an error.
Please do the following:
- Close any running programs
- Empty you temporary folder
- Check your Internet connection (Internet-based Setups)

Then try to run the Setup again.

Error Code: -6003

I am trying to install the game, Requiem.

www.playrequiem.com this is the only install that seems not to work.

any help is greatly appreciated.
 
I did that before I came to this forum. They just refer me to the
FAQ's which I've already consulted, and tried each expressed option.
