setup email to respond online - pop

I don't know to set up POP or Stmp - I want to be able to send an email
online at a site? I guess I am not that computer literate or don't
completely understand where to get the info I need.

your accounts from start to finish.

It sounds like you normally use webmail rather than an email program.
Who provides your email service? Or to ask that question another way,
what is the part of your email address after the @ symbol?
