POP and server name

I need POP3 and STMP IMPT OR INCOMING AND OUT GOING SERVER. Where do I get
them as I want to set up Email.

From whoever provides you with your email account. they probably have a
webpage with the correct data.

You get them from whoever is supplying your email service. Windows Mail
cannot do Hotmail. You might try Windows Live Mail:
