Setup directories in Wondows Xp

I need to setup some new directories in Windows Xp. Can anyone tell me how to
do this?
 
If what you mean by "directories" is new folders, you can do that in Windows
Explorer any time by clicking on File, New, New Folder.

In Windows Explorer or My Computer - where ever you wish to make the new
folder... Right-click in an empty area and click "New" --> "Folder"...
 
Please click Start, Help and Support, and look up "New Directory". Click
the link follow the instructions. Most of the basic Windows tasks are
covered in help.
