Setup Assistant starts everytime the program is loaded

Everytime the proram starts, the Setup Assistant starts.
Also, the Advanced Tools are not working. I have this same
software on another computer and works perfectly.

Please, please hel me. It's really annoying to do it all
over again everytime and being dowloading the updates
everytime.

A number of persons have been getting the Critical Error 101 with
AntiSpyware Beta 1, well heres a possible fix:

a.. Open up control panel and double-click on add/remove programs.
Select Microsoft AntiSpyware
Select "Change"
On the Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard, click next.
On the next screen (Microsoft AntiSpyware Maintenance Wizard) select
Update
Microsoft AntiSpyware and click next.
Select Install
Let the product update.
Click Finish.
