settings in Outlook2002 affect IE?

I use accessibility options in IE6. In IE "tools > internet options
Accessibility > ignore font styles specified on web pages > ignore
font sizes specified on web pages," but since installing Outlook2002,
I find that in IE6, I have to go to "view > text sizes," and select
largest every time I open IE! It won't stay there even when clicking
on a link within the web page! Anyone know what's going on here?

Thanks,
D.

In Outlook, Tools->Options->Mail Format->Fonts->International Fonts, do you
have Largest selected and made the default?

Hi, I don't see that option available in that path, but I do believe
I found what you meant to say, and no, they were set to medium. I
changed it to largest.

Thank You!

Hmmm, while perusing some of the links you gave in another thread, IE
now stays with largest fonts in the view menu, but reverts to the
fonts specified on a web page! I have trouble reading the archaic
New Times Roman. How can I get IE to display nothing but Ariel, and
why do settings in Outlook influence IE?

Thanks,
D.

In IE, Open the Tools->Internet Options->first tab. Click on the Fonts
button and change it to your preferred font.
