settings for highlighting

I have a preprinted letterhead with the return address printed at the bottom
of the page. While looking at it on the computer screen, this return address
appears like regular text. When I print it, it highlights it yellow. How do
I change this setting?

Hi

At Tools > Options > View, make sure that "Highlight" is ticked. If the
yellow highlighting now displays, then use the highlighter tool to apply No
Highlight.

If that doesn't work then, at Tools > Options > View, make sure that
"Drawings" is ticked and "Picture Placeholders" is *not* ticked. And if you
have a Tablet PC, use the inking toolbars to make sure that you're
displaying the highlight.
