How do I set up a pre-printed label?

I am using an Avery Standard 8164 shipping label with company logo and return
address preprinted on the top 1.5 inches of each label. How do I adjust the
label so addresses will print under the preprinted info.

Add the required amount of Space Before to the top paragraph.
