Setting window missing in Target Designer

If I open an SLX file I don't see the settings window to the right if I
click on the "settings" right below the name of the SLX file. I used to see
it okay all this time and was able to change the drive letter for the image
and so on.

Sounds like you resized the center pane so large you can't see the
settings. Try resizing the center pane smaller by clicking and dragging
the size bar on the right side of Config Editor.
