setting virtual mem

hi ,
i have a 786 mb ram on my laptop.
I have been trying to set the virtual mem to 2-100mb .
whenever i click the set button and restart it , windows
doesnt seem to be setting it to that instead it sets it to
1151 !!!. why ??? i dont understand.

I also found this nifty freeware tool a while back for
defragmenting the files that the standard Windows defrag
tool won't do easily. Basically just install the
program, run it while Windows is active, and the system
files will be defragged at the next Windows start-up:
