Setting up your Office program to work in more than one language

Does anybody know how to do this set up? I have problems
with English documents that I have to translate into
French using Trados.
 
What sort of problems? Recent versions of (English) Word include proofing
tools for French and Spanish. You just need to set the language
appropriately.
