Setting up Windows mail

Setting up windows mail on Vista, I get the following error:

The connection to the server has failed.Account 'pop.sky.com' server
'popsky.com'. Protocol. 'pop3,port10,secure(ssl):No,socket Error:10060,Error
number: Ox800CCCOE.

According to

the server names should be
pop.tools.sky.com
smtp.tools.sky.com
and the port numbers need to be changed....

We always ask that you copy and paste the error message since
transcribing invariably results in typos. So, we have no way of knowing
if your account really has the server name incorrectly as "popsky.com".
You also show the wrong port number.

Sky has recently made some drastic changes to their email setup instructions.
