Setting up Windows Mail w/ a Yahoo account

I cannot figure out how to set up my Windows Mail with my previous yahoo
account. It is a free account, if that is needed. Can anyone help?

Windows Mail does not handle webmail.
US-based free Yahoo accounts do not have POP access, only web access.
One solution would be to upgrade to a paid Yahoo account since that will make
Yahoo accessible with a POP email client like Windows Mail::

Another solution is a third party add-on: http://ypopsemail.com/
However, we can't provide support for third party programs.
