SETTING UP WEB SITE RESTRICTIONS

Is there anyway (in windows 2000) to set up specific web
site restricts? I am hoping for a solution that prevents
Explorer, Netscape and/or any *application on my computer
from talking to a site that I set as "off limits". (*i.e.
music download software)

Any help is appreciated, thanks
John
 
To accomplish this you need a proxy server. ISA server would be a good
choice. See www.microsoft.com/isaserver
