how do I set up this account. i don't know what the pop3, smtp or what i
should put in for my server. please help!

Tell us who your mail provider, or ISP is, then we have a better chance of
helping you.
 
The details depend on what email provider you're using. Many people choose
theit internet provider as their email provider also, since most internet
accounts
include one or more email accounts.

Ask your email provider, or tell us who your email provider is, so we can
check
if we already know where to find that information.
