Setting up Second Hard Drive

I have 20gb - 7.84 GB Preload NTFS
9.82 GB FAT32
1.35 GB Service FAT32

Now I installed a 160 GB hard drive which I believe is faster, so obviously
this is the drive I want to be using. What is the smartest way to set this
up? I was thinking I would like to use the old hard drive for putting
backups on. I formatted this new drive and only ended up with 128 GB of
space. Not quite sure of that one.

Your 160 GB drive should indicate more than 128 GB (around 152 GB or so).
Check to make sure you have the latest bios for your motherboard and that
the bios supports drives greater than 128 GB.
