Setting Up Resource Calendar- OL 2000 - Ecxhange 2000 - Office 200

Can anyone point me to some straight forward instructions for creating
calendar resources, and giving users rights to view the resource calendars? I
can't seem to make it work. I created resources in AD, I gave all my domaine
users read access rights to the calendars, I logged on the the network as the
resource, changed calendar optioins to auto accept and auto decline, right
clicked on the calendar and gave users reviewer permission to the calendar so
they could look at it.

Users can open the Resource Calendar and view it, but...

When a users schedules the room from within their own calnedar the email to
the resource just sits in the resource calendar inbox until I log in as the
calendar and manually accept the meeting. Is Reviewer rights where I've gone
wrong? Should I give author or edit rights?

Thanks
John

This site is quite good for the various methods for setting up resources:

Thanks again Milly. I have to admit that coming from both a Lotus Notes,
Novel Groupwise and Meeting Maker environment I am totally shocked at my
inabilty to grasp how Exchange/Outlook manages resources. In Notes, GW & MM
it was a simple no brainer to create, share and use resources - I'm living
proof of that. This Exchange/OL process is, well, not intuitive for this no
brainer.

Thanks
John
