Setting up Public Calendars in Outlook/exchange 2003

Hello, I am a novice exchange admin and I have about 10 users on my network
and I would like to setup a public calendar system so we could use outlook
and all have the ability to view each others calendars and schedule events,
invite users and manage tasks, appointments, meetings, etc. So where do I
begin and how hard is this to do?

Begin in an Exchange group. microsoft.public.exchange.admin is a good place to start.

After furious head scratching, Christopher asked:

You might want to start at http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/skedresource.htm, which discusses some of the differences between public folder calendars and mailbox calendars.
