Setting up Outlook for Gmail POP3/SMTP!

I am trying to send out an e-mail newsletter via Outlook Express, and while it seems to accept POP connections, it has been hard trying to get the SMTP to work, which is most important in this case. I am setting the port to 25. What am I maybe doing wrong?

Did you read the instructions for setting it up?
