setting up outlook express

I have just bought a computer and im trying to set up out look express. but
no joy
1st q: display name, that one is easy
2nd q: email, again stright forward
then im lost with the rest.
ie POP3 / Imap / http ???
server.

im with isdn - t-online-com business (T-DLSBusiness) PPPoE Adapter might help

im stuck tried different things but still can not get it to work
 
frequently the ISP has available on line help files for setting up themail servers.

the data is particular to each ISP.

It is very likely that your mail Server is POP3. Your mail Server likely is
setup as "mail.[internet provider].[either "com" or "net"]. You ISP should
be able to provide this information quickly.
